The Lowestoft CSA is running a Beach Sprint Triathlon on Lowestoft South Beach, on Sunday 6 April. This involves a 40m Beach Run, a 250m sprint on an Ergo, and a 300m scull in a coastal solo. For more information see the poster for this event here.
