Several are Founding members with great stories about the Club while others have plenty of unusal rowing tales!

Geoff Stevens
President
Geoff is one of our founding members and has some fabulous stories about the early days of LRC. When you meet him, make sure you ask him for one!
Paul Gurbutt
Chairman & Trustee
Paul is a founding member and a veteran of an impressive number of British Rowing Tours. Want advice on exploring the local waterways? Paul is your man.
Nigel Lyman
Captain & Trustee
Nigel loves being on the water. When he’s not working or at the boathouse, you’ll find him volunteering with the RNLI — so it’s fair to say we’re in safe hands with our captain.
John Shepherd
Treasurer
Another of our founding members, John loves nothing more than pottering around the Broads during the week. We can’t say we’re not jealous.

Our most far-flung member, Kate doesn’t get out in her boat as often as she’d like, but she’s always happy to jump on an ergo. Yes, really. She’s a strange one.
